Since 1998, GRAUS has successfully implemented numerous impactful projects, addressing key areas such as health, nutrition, education, gender equality, disaster resilience, natural resource management, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), economic development and livelihoods, and cultural revival and empowerment. These initiatives, funded by esteemed partners including USAID, EU, Switzerland Embassy, Sweden Embassy, AusAID, UKAID, Comic Relief, CordAID, Nagarikata: Civic Engagement Fund (CEF) and others, reflect GRAUS’ steadfast commitment to improving livelihoods, fostering inclusive governance, and enhancing socio-economic resilience across the Chittagong Hill Tracts and beyond

GRAUS is currently implementing seven projects in the CHT region, focusing on livelihood, Youth & women’s empowerment, service & policy advocacy, WASH, Education and healthcare. Key initiatives include the Bandarban Sadar Area Development Program (World Vision), WASHFC (2024), PRLC (EU, MJF), CREA (Sweden, MJF), ASTHA (Switzerland, Rupantor), Leprosy Control (TLMI), and EMPOWERMENT (CEF, GFA, TUS). These reflect GRAUS’ commitment to inclusive, resilient, and sustainable community development.
