GRAUS utilizes the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system as a key management tool to track and assess the effectiveness of its programs. The MEL system monitors the inputs, processes, outputs, and activities of all projects, ensuring that they align with both the operational guidelines and the expectations set by GRAUS management
Additionally, GRAUS has established an in-house Management Information System (MIS) unit dedicated to overseeing and tracking the progress of all projects. This unit plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are implemented effectively and efficiently, providing timely data and reports to support deciion-making, enhance accountability, and ensure that programs achieve their intended outcomes.
Through this integrated approach, the MEL system facilitates continuous learning, enabling GRAUS to adapt its strategies and improve project implementation.
